Biography
Kuril is a foreign affairs agent tasked with escorting a diplomat to an important caucus with his employer, the emperor. Neurotic to a fault, his incessant worrying often gets in the way of doing his job. He is not without his honor, though, as he would rather quit than face censure from his superiors, which is why he has quit the same job several times. Kuril is a preemptive worrywart, one who would prefer to jump off a cliff than be pushed off of one.
